1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using mathmansion.com, purchasing any product, or subscribing to the Mansion Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and members, regardless of location.

2. About Math Mansion

Math Mansion is an independent educational resource store selling digital supplemental math materials for classroom and instructional use. All products are designed for teachers, instructors, tutors, and educational professionals. The site is operated through the Wix eCommerce platform.

3. Digital products and licensing

All products sold on mathmansion.com are digital files intended for single-classroom, single-educator use unless otherwise stated. When you purchase a resource, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that file in your own classroom or instructional setting.

You may NOT:

Share, distribute, upload, or resell any purchased file to other teachers, websites, platforms, or file-sharing services
Post purchased files to platforms such as Google Classroom, shared drives, or school networks in a way that allows others to download the original file
Claim any Math Mansion resource as your own original work
Use any resource for commercial resale or redistribution

You MAY:

Print physical copies for use with your own students
Display the resource digitally during live instruction to your own class
Make a reasonable number of printed copies for students within a single classroom

If your school or district requires a multi-user or site license, please contact Math Mansion before purchasing.

4. Mansion Membership

The Mansion Membership grants subscribers access to download all available resources during the active subscription period. Membership access is for a single educator only and is not transferable. Resources downloaded during an active membership may continue to be used in your classroom after cancellation, but active downloading of new resources requires a current subscription.

5. Intellectual property

All content on mathmansion.com — including but not limited to product files, worksheet designs, activity formats, graphics, logos, and website text — is the intellectual property of Math Mansion and is protected by applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. User accounts

To purchase products or access a membership, you may be required to create a Wix account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Payments and pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Math Mansion uses the Wix payment system, which may include Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal as processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your selected payment method. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.

8. Refunds

All sales of digital products are generally final due to the immediate-delivery nature of digital downloads. Full refund terms are outlined in our Return, Refund & Digital Download Policy at mathmansion.com. Nothing in these Terms of Use supersedes that policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Math Mansion provides all products and website content "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will meet every specific classroom need or requirement. Educational outcomes are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Math Mansion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any purchased product. Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific transaction.

11. Third-party links and platforms

This site may contain links to third-party platforms such as Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), social media pages, or other external resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Math Mansion is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site.

12. Privacy

Math Mansion collects limited personal information (such as your name and email address) solely for the purpose of processing orders and communicating with customers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy at mathmansion.com.

13. Changes to these terms

Math Mansion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
